Dorian and Mel have always been one of my absolute favorite couples, so when I heard the song it inspired me. I thought it really fit how they met and fell in love. And here's to hoping that Dorian finds this kind of love again VERY soon! She more than deserves it after the parade of fools they've attempted pair her with lately. (Of course with the exception of Ray. )

I think it is because like movies I love like The Philadelphia Story --the love story never gets old --it is a joy to watch. It makes me very sad to know that Dorian will never have this sort of story or romance again. It is sad that Mel was the last man that loved her and she will never have another romance. The way Mel and Dorian would argue and fight always was tinged with passion and love. What a wonderful couple (save for his friendship with Viki). Bless youtube. I rewatched the scene where he chases her with the fish --it was friggin awesome -mature-no games-real emotions-funny-just classic. -------------------- "I see Dorian as barely suppressed rage. ICAM, Dorian and Mel had everything a love story should have...they fought, but they were passionate fights. There was nothing superficial about them, they were truly connected, and they were fun too! And I do agree the one thing that did bother me was his constant confidence in Viki. But no one is perfect.

They were just beautifully written as a couple, and Robin and Stephen took it to another level...which is what happens when a good story is put in the hands of talented veteran actors!

Can we please get back to this?

I can dream can't I?
